Wisteria Road, London

Our development at Wisteria road proposes a mix of six 1-3 bedroom flats on a backlands site in Lewisham, South East London.

Following the guidance set by the Class ZA of the Permitted Development criteria, we will replace the existing industrial units with a carefully designed brick and slate building that captures some of the robust and permanent qualities of the existing warehouse typology. With high ceilings and direct connections to private gardens, the interiors will feel spacious and bright. Upper storey flats will have double-height living spaces with mezzanine floors that access onto raised gardens terraces.

This project follows the Wisteria Road flats that were completed in 2018 and is another Developer/ Architect collaboration with Frame Property.

Planning approval was granted in the summer of 2022.
