Acting as both Developer and Architect, the project ambition was to achieve quality on a modest budget. Existing features such as architectural mouldings, sash windows and floor boards have been carefully restored, with new joinery and bespoke lighting articulating otherwise simple spaces.
The project was completed in April 2018.
