Levring house, London
JAMIE FOBERT ARCHITECTS
Oli was project Architect of the award-winning Levring House while working at Jamie Fobert Architects, taking the project from planning through to completion in 2014.
The house includes a complex external facade, combining handmade Danish bricks and bespoke bronze cladding, and internally brings together an exposed insitu concrete structure with solid oak floors. In the basement a marble swimming pool is warmed by a 180m deep bore hole that draws heat from the earth deep below London.
The project won both RIBA National and Regional awards and was nominated for the RIBA House of the Year.
